Introduction

Welcome to Vets4Hire. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services

Vets4Hire provides home and commercial services, including but not limited to interior/exterior painting, landscaping, haul-offs, general labor, moving labor, handyman services, deck building, and remodels. By engaging with our services, you agree to the scope, pricing, and timelines outlined in any agreements or contracts entered into between you and Vets4Hire.

Payments and Fees

  1. Quote Request/Project Initiation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $75 is required to request a quote or initiate a project. This fee will be applied as a credit toward your total project cost if you proceed with Vets4Hire.

  2. Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your contract. Payments are generally due in full upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified.

  3. Late Payments: Any payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee. Vets4Hire reserves the right to pause or discontinue work until payments are made.

  4. Refunds: Refunds are only issued for overpayments or errors made by Vets4Hire. The $75 project initiation fee is non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Site Access and Safety: Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the worksite. If the site is unsafe or not ready for work at the agreed-upon time, delays may result in additional charges.

  2. Approvals and Permits: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Vets4Hire.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, you must notify Vets4Hire at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional charges.

  2. Vets4Hire Cancellations: Vets4Hire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.

Liability and Warranty

  1. Workmanship Warranty: Vets4Hire guarantees the quality of our work. If you experience issues related to the workmanship of our services, we will work to resolve them promptly within a reasonable time frame.

  2. Liability: Vets4Hire is not liable for damages caused by third parties, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or structural issues discovered during the course of work unless specifically addressed in the project scope.

  3. Property Damage: Vets4Hire will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the course of the work. However, we are not liable for any minor damage that occurs as a result of normal construction activities (e.g., landscaping disturbances, scratches, etc.).

Use of Website

By using the Vets4Hire website, you agree to the following:

  • Privacy: Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Content Ownership: All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, and videos, is the property of Vets4Hire and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities that may compromise the security of the website, such as hacking, uploading viruses, or other malicious behavior.

Termination of Services

Vets4Hire reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to breach of these terms, including but not limited to failure to make payments, failure to provide site access, or engaging in prohibited activities.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our website or services will be resolved in accordance with Arizona law.

Changes to Terms

Vets4Hire reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
